How do I submit a visa inquiry?
Use the Tourist Visa Inquiry form: choose where you are applying from and your destination, add your contact details and send it. You receive a reference only once your inquiry has been saved, and our team then contacts you.
Which documents will I need?
It depends on your nationality, residence, destination and visa category. A passport and photograph are usually needed, and the authority may ask for more. We confirm the documents for your case against official requirements.
How does application assistance work?
We review your situation, explain the official requirements, help you prepare documents and guide you through the application where applicable. You can upload documents and message our team from your customer account. Visa decisions are made only by the authorities.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No. iVisa Experts is an independent service, not a government agency, embassy or consulate. Approval is decided solely by the relevant authority.

How can I pay?
Payments are made online through our secure Pay Online page, powered by Ziina, by card and, where supported by your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How do I know my payment was confirmed?
Your payment is marked Paid only after it is confirmed with the payment provider. Your Pay Online page shows a payment reference you can use to check its status.
Can I get a refund or cancel?
If you cancel before we start reviewing your application, the consultancy fee is refunded. After work has started, the fee may not be fully refundable. Government fees are usually non-refundable once paid. A visa refusal does not by itself entitle you to a refund. See our full Refund and Cancellation Policy.
