Who we are

iVisa Experts is an independent visa assistance service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any embassy.

Visa decisions

All visa decisions, processing times and requirements belong to the relevant government authorities. We cannot guarantee approval, timing, or that an authority will not change its rules or fees.

Government fees and consultancy fees

The Embassy / Government Visa Fee is set by the relevant government or embassy. We show it as published by the official source and never change it. Some government fees are paid by you directly to the authority; others are collected by us and passed on. Each visa page says which applies.

The iVisa Experts Consultancy Fee is our charge for preparing, checking and supporting your application. It is shown separately from the government fee, in its own currency. We never add amounts in different currencies together.

Your responsibilities

You must give true, complete information and genuine documents. Applications based on false information may be refused by the authority, and fees may not be refundable.
