Government fees and consultancy fees

The Embassy / Government Visa Fee is set by the relevant government or embassy. We show it as published by the official source and never change it. Some government fees are paid by you directly to the authority; others are collected by us and passed on. Each visa page says which applies.

The iVisa Experts Consultancy Fee is our charge for preparing, checking and supporting your application. It is shown separately from the government fee, in its own currency. We never add amounts in different currencies together.

Where fees come from

Government fees are taken from official government or embassy sources and approved by our team before they are shown as confirmed. Each confirmed fee shows its source and the date it was checked.

Fees can change

Authorities can change fees at any time. If an official fee changes before your application is submitted, we will tell you before charging any difference.

Other charges

Some countries add separate official charges, such as a health surcharge, biometrics or priority services. These are listed separately where they apply.
