Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before we start work
If you cancel before we begin reviewing your application, contact us and we will refund the consultancy fee.
After we start work
Once we have reviewed your application or documents, the consultancy fee covers work already done and may not be refundable in full. We will tell you what can be refunded before you cancel.
Government fees
Government and embassy fees are controlled by the authority. Once paid or submitted to the authority they are usually non-refundable, including when a visa is refused. Fees you paid directly to the authority must be claimed from that authority.
Refusals
A visa refusal by the authority does not by itself entitle you to a consultancy fee refund, because the decision is not ours.
How to ask
Email us with your application reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
